Christian Tenney
Senior Operations Manager
Christian brings over 15 years of non-profit operations expertise to his role at Ascension Foundation for Health Equity. His experience across the spectrum of functions – from customer service and data collection to fund raising, donor management, and vendor selection – informs a uniquely integrative approach to his position. In particular, his attention to the human relationships behind the data creates a respectful platform upon which the Foundation and its communities can prosper and grow.

Current areas of focus include the development of a top-tier prospect and donor management system and early exploration into a cohesive model for vendor selection and management across Ascension.
A graduate of The University of Mary Washington, Christian holds Professional Certifications from Blackbaud in Raiser’s Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT as well as an Organizational Best Practice Certification in Fundraising.
