Kate brings an integrative and supportive approach to her role as Sr. Executive Assistant at the Ascension Foundation for Health Equity. With 15+ years of experience within mission-driven organizations, she has extensive background developing and implementing initiatives that focus on social change. This allows her to anticipate team needs while strategically engaging in processes that propel the Foundation forward.
The marketing and donor relations skills honed in roles with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the University of Maryland play an important part in how information and strategy are disseminated among the Foundation team and its constituencies. Along with her general responsibilities, she supports Ascension’s Associates Hardship Program, which provides financial assistance for associates in crisis. Kate holds a bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Maryland College Park.
