Kim oversees strategic operations for the Ascension Foundation for Health Equity. Her deep understanding of enterprise-wide strategies and  high performance standards enhance Ascension’s national philanthropic efforts. As strategist and operations leader, her dedication to health equity propels the Foundation’s mission forward, significantly impacting disparate and under-served communities. 

With over twenty years leading operations for Ascension, U.S. Department of State, and aviation organizations, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She has lived and worked in multiple countries and U.S. Embassies, including, Japan, Greece, China, Singapore, and South Korea, developing broadened perspectives on best practices for streamlined processes, implementation and enhancement of standard operating procedures, continuous improvement, employee training and development, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, technology integration, cross functional team collaboration, resource management and sustainability. 

Kim holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration (MHA), a Masters of Data Analytics, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned her certificate in Catholic Social Tradition and Philanthropy from FADICA and Notre Dame’s Center for Social Concerns. Additionally, she is a member of the Data Analytics Association and Women in Data Analytics as well as a State Department Fellow.
